the problem with that is someone is holding the bond and making money. jean keating claimed he tendered a iboe and was released in custody of parole. they may have done this because the bond was still out, thus,the iboe couldnt close escrow on the account. sometimes they do things we u r close to sidestep the issue. this could be what happened to jean because they are able to keep escrow open with you on parole.
