I have downloaded the Winston Shrout documents but I have a few quick questions about them. Whenever it says "employer identification number" this is my strawman's social security number, right? Also, I'm not supposed to put any values in the blanks that say "total amount" on any of the documents?

Also, is there any specific thing I should write on the presentments besides "Accepted for value" and should I write my signature over a postage stamp?
