Is the top line of the square drawn between the collage and the territory capital, if north-west is the 'top'?
I keep wanting to say Acacia park because it was such a nexus... the whole city orbits this park, and while spending time there, I met people from all over the world.

I think Pioneer Plaza may be downtown. The square sets perfect north-south in orientation. NW is the Mason Lodge, NE is the Catholic Church, SE is Colorado College and SW is Bancroft Park with the territorial capital. I had this cool dream and too much time on my hands so I took a look - interesting, life.
