break it down david, good explanation. this is why judges get irritated with people quoting law, constitution, etc. because it reminds THEM of the fraud thats going on they have to uphold.

Well that is pretty clear out in the light that there is no law. There never has been. In admiralty one can suffer criminal penalties (debtors' prison) for breach of contract. That is why they are required to display the admiralty fringes, so you know what kind of court you are appearing in.
If you have been accepting private credit from the federal reserve then you have accrued an irrecusable obligation to report (Return). If you failed to do that filing then you are in breach of contract.
