Interestingly, its not staying quiet. Can you say "

Also, its possible to effectively actualize major control over to cover some things up by standardizing/ accrediting procedures to the point that they would not pick up specific things, or they could encourage use of equipment that is insensitive to such and such or give reports saying "if you have readings of bleh bleh then its just a error in our equipment". Scientists/engineers who work with steam are told that deviations from the "standard" steam tables are just to be ignored. Research students are often told to dismiss anamoly as "experimental error". Or they could call anything too close to the truth "crazy talk" or "a conspiracy theory" (pushing one aside with a straw) or in the extreme, loading a whistle-blower up with LSD and throwing them off a balcony. These things do happen.
It is interesting to know that my contacts ain the region reported
sudden and strange sinus and respiratory problems shortly before this thread was started--and not colds but acute problems.
