That is the reason, if the theory I buy into is the correct one that an international team of scientists just went ahead and did what they felt they had to do and to this day is doing it in relative secrecy - because people will put a halt to it and try to approve it politically before they can continue reflecting away deadly solar radiation with the chemtrails.

You have explained it eloquently. I believe that we would be much further up the creek into massive deforestation and crop failure if not for Project Shield. I recall when the ozone was first depleting (early '90s) livestock and wildlife were going blind in Peru at an alarming rate. No more of that.
