UCC Procedure... what do you not get?!!
None of us or this belongs in any court untill WE want it to be there.
Once you've perfected your notary protest then the only reason you are in court is to see that the 'judge' signs your order for a administrative (summary) judgment.
His/Her only job/duty at that point is to review the correctness off your paperwork and sign off on it.
If all is as it should be... you win - period!
