Safety?/Mandatory?
It would seem that Mandatory COMMON SENSE Education would be a better option...that way, perhaps it would cover more aspects of enslavement...ie; COMMON SENSE Education for : "Traveling", "Constitutional Rights", "Laws", "Taxes", "The System"...etc...
Oh yea..OOPS..forgot...can't Educate / Teach the "TRUTH"..so they'll just continue to wash and ride hard, send away wet...dumbed...down...and controlled..into society....without a clue....or common sense...
