No, whether using the term "driving" to describe your own conduct when moving or the "person" means anything to the modern code. I can show history where it was important to not be a person. But none the definition of person includes natural person. The code has had to keep the two exised from eachother though. When person meant only corporations then all persons needed licenses. Now the persons means everyone they need "all person driving a motor vehicle" to mean something else so they have the following law which does not redefine person.

21052. The provisions of this code applicable to the drivers of vehicles upon the highways apply to the drivers of all vehicles while engaged in the course of employment by this State, any political
subdivision thereof, any municipal corporation, or any district, including authorized emergency vehicles subject to those exemptions granted such authorized emergency vehicles in this code.

I was expecting JBR or Shoonra... but Powder provides much better stimuli. I will take on the side that I am a "PERSON" and that I was "DRIVING." And anyone that is all hung up on those terms just tell me how they are going to get me for using them. If you want. You did not seem to serious about debate in your response.

So I do not know why those cops ask you that Powder. They do not ask me the same. Further, my point is that it does not matter if I was driving.
