post sir. As a young 20-something, I am very aware of my rights and only wish more people my age were as well. I know exactly what you are talking about. The new thing here in MA is to have "sobriety checkpoints" where "random" cars are pulled over and the operator subject to drunk testing. TOTALLY ILLEGAL but justified by "department approval". It's all color of law, of course.
Question, what does the "AT" in Attorney At Law mean? As opposed to IN law?
