Contracting with Judges

I have contracted with an attorney as fiduciary to represent my Debtor in a foreclosure case. As long as there is already a relationship, such as a charge that has been brought against the Defendant (Debotr) this can be done. The fiduciary cannot back out as that is a dishonor. It is very useful for entering evidence to the court without giving in personum jurisdiction.
