F E M A, or the Federal Emergency Management Agency has been designed for when America is officially declared bankrupt, which would be a national emergency. In a national emergency, all Constitutional Rights and all law that previously existed, would be suspended. FEMA has created large concentration camps where they would put anyone who might cause trouble for the orderly plan and process of the new regime to take over the nation.
Even a governor could be thrown into one of these internment camps, and kept there indefinitely. This is all in place now, and they are just waiting to declare a national emergency. Then, even State governments could be dissolved. Anybody who might oppose the new regime could be imprisoned until a new set of laws could be written and a new government set up. The Governor knows all this, and he is very concerned. He doesn't want to be in office when all this happens. I think we should consider the fact that, according to the Uniform Commercial Code, Wyoming is an accommodation party5 to the national debt. To understand this, we must realize that there are two separate entities known as the United States.

I'm gonna object to the post above and say that such a scenario is not a possibility because of some elucidation I heard recently concerning some biblical prophecy.
In Rev. 12.14, it is written "and to the woman were given
two wings of a great eagle that she might fly into the wilderness into her (a) place where she is nurished (all her needs are provided for) for (3 and a half years)."
1. I'd like everyone to note that by considering the symbolic imagery and meaning of the word "eagle" -
the American Air force is represented by (the wings of eagles) - if you're old enough, recall the image of wings in red, white and blue color painted on World War Two aircraft,
The eagle is also an image used on the money, on the rug in the Oval Office, and elsewhere;
The point is that at this stage of the ``age of grace'' or as written in
Luke 21.24, ``... and Jerusalem be trodden down of (by) the Gentiles until the times (period) of the gentiles be fulfilled'',
the American air force (and i think it likely to include assistance of other nations kind to Israel) could air lift a significant number of people out of Israel when Daniel's
abomination of desolation occurs.
2. America could absorb that many israelites and provide their need for them.
the City of Petra, IMO the one built of rock, could not; there is no provision there for all those people escaping.
Monk, the point is that if this study and analysis of prophecy is correct then your post above would preclude and interfere with the prophecy.
Therefore I dont think such a scenario with FEMA would occur.
