Liscense confiscated:

A contractor of ours got his liscense confiscated the other day b/c of the following: In June (he was not a contractor yet) he was traveling in the carpool lane w/o passengers; he then went to court and chose community service or whatever rather than paying a fine. They haven't taken it off his record as 'time paid' or whatever after 3 attempts to do so. He got a letter asking him to appear somewhere (don't know the whole story on that one) and asked for his liscense and he just gave it to him! Wish I would'a known that part!

Anyway - our contractors drive with equipment they don't own and deliver it to the homeowner's house to install, therefore I believe they need a liscense to drive in commerce, am I correct?

Please, could someone point me in the right direction to help him out? I want to learn this stuff and Traffic/Travel hasn't exactly been on the list of priorites, but this guy needs his liscense to 'work' and he doen't work our business suffers too.

TIA, Jso
