Are there legal differences to soveriegn assertion in Louisiana?

Question: Has Louisiana accepted the Constitution for the united States of America as the Supreme Law of the Land??... or not?

If Louisiana has bound itself to the principles of said document then the Supreme Court cases in regards to travel should be applicable there also. Don't ya think?

The "system" might be different but does that have any bearing on their pledge / oath to those principles and their acceptance of the "law of the land"?
