I don't think i would agree to allow some government actor(s) to define my sovereignty over my own private domain. that is subject matter restricted to my pleasure.

the nature of my sovereignty over my domain is such that a definition thereof other than mine has a real effect of diminishing my sovereignty. It is still an act of a third party attempting to legislate matters solely within my domain. without my consent such acts must be void ab initio
