Eric's (Williams) approach is simple, and 'so far' works well. My traffic case, hearing/trial was cancelled without my 'appearing' by my continued correspondence with persecutor saying I could not 'appear' as a fiction but would comply by 'presenting' my flesh and blood entity at their fictional political entity IF he provided PROOF of fictional political jurisdiction. Each piece of mail from the court [presumeably summons, etc.] I wrote "Refused for Cause-No fictional political jurisdiction-Return to Sender" on the envelope and put back in mail.
In my letters I told him, "Governments do not exist in nature," I didn't know when I was born, no SSN, etc. He threatened a warrant, and I wrote back that if I was arrested absent proof of jurisdiction, I would file criminal charges against ALL for a criminal conspiracy of kidnapping...
SO FAR, those who have raised the issue of POLITICAL jurisdiction, not filed papers, and held the perps to this issue and walked out because there was no response from perps have not been arrested or charged with contempt.
Think about it... If you don't file anything, present your physical body and "Raise the ISSUE of political jurisdiction, that you are not 'appearing'" until they prove such, they have NO AUTHORITY to do anything.
To file documents is to just get them "denied." To answer ANY questions as
Are you employed? I am not employed, nor am I employable, but I work.
Are you a resident of the State of Arizona?
No, I'm not a resident at all, but I live in Arizona State.
...is to waive jurisdiction.
Better to respond by saying,
"The fact that you are asking me questions is evidence you have no proof of political jurisdiction in your file."
Judge has no AUTHORITY to require you answer, or do anything else, absent jurisdiction.
Since the perps use different definitions, Mitchell above, should have asked questions back, if not pressing jurisdiction issue...
"What do you mean by employed?" "What is a resident?" "How does one become a resident?" "Is every one living in Arizona a resident?" "Are there exceptions?" "Do you have evidence that I am employed, or a resident of Arizona?"
The perps need a date of birth, birth certificate, etc. Nobody, including you, Dane, 'know' when you were born. You were too young to know, at birth, to apply for a birth certificate, so you didn't get one. Nobody, 'knows' who their father or mother are/were.
If you choose to answer these kinds of questions, you can honestly answer, "I don't know" or "How would I know?" Semantics? Yes. Isn't that what the perps do? It's ALL semantics.
We don't AFFIRM or DENY anything. They have to prove without our help!
If Hizzoner asks questions dealing with jurisdiction, he has violated his oath by violating HIS separation of powers doctrine and is disqualified. It is the perp prosecutors job to prove jurisdiction not the judge. Tell him so.
Don't forget an issue I mentioned in earlier post... the13th Amendment against INvoluntary servitude. Can they prove we volunteered to be subject to the US? NO!!! Unless we willingly, knowingly, intentionally being fully informed of the consequences volunteered into their political jurisdiction, they don't have it and cannot prove we did!!!
All of this is a simpler, and more effective approach.
