Well, for starters, i would suggest he drop the UCC citation and just put, "All Rights Reserved" or "Without Prejudice" or "Under Duress" or to that effect. I'm sure he MEANT to put UCC 1-207, but its since changed to 1-308 and I am now not too sure we should even claim an exemption under that code.
