Jurisdiction

OK HB,

You will not go very far in this endeavor before you see something like this perhaps written by a judge: [All laws were obeyed by this judge in this trial] Or maybe around just one [L]etter. The brackets can be around a paragraph or even an entire page. That is the law of boxing. Anything boxed like that is taken OFF the page!

Where do you see it? The witness is in a box as is the jury. The original common law courts were held in the gates of the cities. Later they moved to people setting around a table. Do you ever see a boardroom set up like a court? How about congress? Look at the tax forms.

But here is the big one. We are still under common law. In common law you can do any thing you want as long as you don’t hurt any one else. Remember a little tidbit about “pursuit of happiness”? Well what if your happiness includes driving 150MPH in your ‘vette? Can the Society Of Birdwatchers lawfully put up a sign saying you cannot drive such? I think NOT! So what do they do? What?! Did you say put a box around the verbiage so that the words are removed from the sign? I’m glad you said that. HB, you are wise beyond your years.

Far be it for me to leave you without a question. So, if the sign is blank, by what lawful method does the Society Of Birdwatchers get you to PAY for your “pursuit of happiness”? Hint: It’s in the constitution.
