Let me ask you a question.& If you had a company, that was the supposed to be the best at what they do, build you whatever it is they build -- wouldn't you think that if anything went wrong with it that their engineers and technical staff would be the ones that could repair it the quickest?& Wouldn't you think that they would know more about their systems and construction than anyone else?& And wouldn't they have the "plans" and all the other documentation regarding it?& Sure the would.& And that is why Haliburton is there.& They built the stuff, they have all the blueprints and it is their special design.& Why have someone else come in there and try to figure out what another company did?& Wouldn't that take more time?


Like I said... STOP LISTENING TO AND READING ALL THAT SO******T DRIBBLE!!& It seems to come more from the left than from the right these days... but regardless of where it comes from - it is still DRIBBLE!& And it is all designed to take your eye off of the more important issues.
