If you have to ask that question--then you are not sovereign at all. One government does not ask another government for permission to do anything.



If one has to ask for permission to do something--that is a servant/master relationship. Going against the norm is a rebel--doing normal things that do not interfere with others' liberties and being accountable for your actions are traits of sovereignty.



This is not anti-government. It is pro-liberty free from tyranny.
