Prima facie goes a long way.
But I LOVE Eric Williams approach. I call it Jurisdictional Kung Fu.

Henry,
Looked up 'attorney' and 'at large' in my Black's (6th) and had a nice laugh, very cool..
On that same thought, why would you not be able to open mail, correspond with other 'persons', pay bills, etc? What if you paid your mom's cellphone bill for her one month while she was on vacation or signed for or opened an official letter or package addressed to your wife or father? You are a flesh and blood human being acting on behalf of a corporation, trust, llc or other corporate person. I am trying to get 'mail' out of my name, all bills, etc so this is not an issue. I dont own a car, a trust does and they make the payment, I dont have utilities or a cell phone, a company does and they make the payment, etc. Better for privacy too..
Cheers,
Thom
