One suitor struck through most of the verbiage on a plea bargain and then tendered a money order for the $98 fine to cover the prosecution's court costs. They kept the money order after saying they would be sending it back certified mail.
They have scheduled a trial anyway but the suitor will not be ready. The issue is over. The prosecutor has accepted the tender to settle out of court. The "judge" admitted he was an attorney and even said his Bar # on the record. So he recused himself for Conflict of Interest but that may leave a new judge who will have no cause before his court. Interesting...
