They have scheduled a trial anyway but the suitor will not be ready. The issue is over. The prosecutor has accepted the tender to settle out of court. The "judge" admitted he was an attorney and even said his Bar # on the record. So he recused himself for Conflict of Interest but that may leave a new judge who will have no cause before his court. Interesting...

Got to post 26... there's no shame in my game... i have no idea what the heck ya'll are talking about. i thought you were buying a house for a couple posts ....... anyway, please point me somewhere to get some foundation on this topic. i wouldnt even know what to search for... lol
