I was there. It is not in any way copyrighted. I am sure that you will see a few hours into the video that it is public, to be published and in fact is Leroy Michael's habeas corpus.

I had that video served on the district attorney who was demanding I turn it over to him. So I wish I could have seen him turn white as the professional process server described. That DA had been running his office vacant for over eight years so I filed a Certificate of Fact that he had never filed his oath with the Secretary of State into the case and he quit work the next morning.
