My understanding is you can allways ask questions in court. That being true, you can contract with the judge by asking the right question. Ask the judge if he is bonded, that is, do you have an oath of office? If he says no, he cannot judge the case and must leave the courtroom. When he says "yes" ask if that oath is present in the courtroom at this time? He will say no. Then you say, But you are saying that you do have an oath of office and it is properly filed? The judge should say yes to that. Then you say, Let the court record show that judge so and so has answered in the affermitave. What you have done is get the judge to testify for you which makes him one of your witnesses, and that puts him in contract with you to uphold his oath of office that he says he has filed.
