The NAF What to do
A friend of mine is being pursued by Chase Credit Card, they sent the file to Mann Bracken who pulled a fraud on him by going to the National Arbitration Forum. They also used a phony affidavit.
Now the file with the Arbitration award plus $4000.00 has been handed to an attorney that I know will sue. I have read that arbitration awards are rarely not confirmed by the Judge. Has anyone had any experience with defending yourself against an Arbitration Award?
