Well, let’s see what they have to look at, a disregarded and violated court order, no child support paid and refusal to pay, failure to cooperate with child services on determining status, sending what could/will be construed as threatening documents to your ex.

They can certainly make a case for parental neglect and lack of responsibility, and they will view the violation of a court order in a particularly dim light, and coupled with the other things I do not foresee a happy time at the next court appearance, and there will be one. With the factors involved here, it is within the realm of possibility that they will terminate parental rights, and they most certainly can and will do so, particularly if you insist on giving them reason to.

I would seriously suggest you track down a parental rights counseling group and get some help, you are going to need it.
