They can certainly make a case for parental neglect and lack of responsibility, and they will view the violation of a court order in a particularly dim light, and coupled with the other things I do not foresee a happy time at the next court appearance, and there will be one. With the factors involved here, it is within the realm of possibility that they will terminate parental rights, and they most certainly can and will do so, particularly if you insist on giving them reason to.

I would seriously suggest you track down a parental rights counseling group and get some help, you are going to need it.

All of which is nothing more than civil contempt. Whats that, a $100 fine?

They can NOT terminate rights for failure to pay child support. By federal law, you have to ABANDON your child, AND not pay. But for being behind in child support, good luck there. Thats one big ass civil action against everyone involved.

Even if a judge was stupid enough to try it, they are renagade of the Constitution, have lost all judicial immunity, and you cuold sue for "manafest abuse of descresion". I have met some daring judges in my day, but not one that would be that freagin stupid!
