Looks like the the "bank/mortage loan scammers" greased the right creeps to get their way in overturning the lower courts ruling? What is fundamentally different in seeking a class action suit here as oppossed to going after some drug company for distributing products that go on to cause deaths or other health issues(as an example)? Sounds like the TILLA gorilla is a stop gap means of saving the banks hide in credit issues? Where is the "equal protection under the law" for the consumers?????
