McKinney v. Richland County Sheriff's Dep't, No. 05-6423 (4th Cir. December 12, 2005)
Denial of defendant's summary judgment motion in a civil rights case under 42 U.S.C. section 1983, involving alleged arrests without probable cause, is reversed where the district court's conclusions regarding defendant's qualified immunity were in error.
