Post Question? Why Should one have to go to court?

Greeting Suijuris family,

Question? I receive a letter from the

superior court stating that I have to

come to court to handle a Judicial Review

of Notary Protest matter that I file back in

May 2005. Why should I have to come to

court when I file a petition for Judicial

review for the court to review. The

Petition for Judicial Review information

that I file with the clerk office the petition

speak for itself and I would think that

theirs no need for a court date.

Thanks for your replys

More details, please

JB,

If it were me, I would immediately put in a court order for the "judge" to certify his oath into the case jacket.

Unless you petitioned without invoking Admiralty rule E(8), restricted appearance. Then, you have already entered his jurisdiction, and the order may piss him off.

Prolly piss him off either way, but by using Rule E(8), they "ain't a dang thang he can do about it." (North Carolina dialect)

Give more details about how you petitioned, why you petitioned, and the details of what this notice you received says specifically.

Was it a "letter" as you state? or was it a court captioned instrument?

Was it addressed to you or an ALL CAPS NAME?

Henry Franklin
