beating a dead horse
I looked at the Papers of Ronald Reagan; many volumes overall. And the alleged bill that authorized such funds with the CIA that was cited by one of these Wanta stories. It is a bunch of balogna - at best just confusing junk.

Mainly that Leo Wanta appears nowhere in the Index among thousands of names associated with the Reagan Administration.

Scary thought. But with the Leo Wanta thing... I sometimes wonder if even Leo Wanta is saying these things or somebody is making up Leo Wanta too?
