Fraternal Order of Police - Conflict of Interest

I find this an interesting item.

Consider the policeman spotting a car he would enjoy bidding on in a few weeks... on come the emergency lights!

Better yet, notice that the debtors sign "MEMBER" (of the Fraternal Order of Police). So even without default, it is all kept within the FOP. If the couple defaults, then the FOP owns the impound yard outright.

Can you say Conflict of Interest?
