Certified Product... of human conception
Certified Product
of Human Conception
This will be an article, yet at this point it is a work in progress. I am drafting it here because I need to be able to post without the 10000 character limit & I want imput from other members of this community. It is intended to be elementry in its nature and support more complicated evidence of the conversion of the People into chattel/property/slaves.
The assertion, that the "Birth Certificate" or "Certificate of Live Birth" is a "security" (like a stock certificate or a Title to property), needs more support and this will be the scope of this work.
I find the following definitions from the 50 states' revised statutes' definition of the words "Birth" and/or "Live Birth" very telling:

The death is indicated by the fact that after such expulsion or extraction the fetus does not breathe or show any other evidence of life such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord, or definite movement of voluntary muscles.

29 states use the verbage very similar to this: "... the expulsion or extraction of a product of human conception ..."
15 states I was unable to find a definition and shall presume them to follow the trend of the other states,
That leaves only 6 states that used a different definition.
Now lets look at the definition of "Security" from the Securities Exchange Act of 1934:
Quote:

stock,
treasury stock,
bond,
debenture,
certificate of interest
or participation in any profit-sharing agreement (is the Social security program a profit-sharing agreement?) or in any oil, gas, or other mineral royalty or lease,
any collateral-trust certificate,
preorganization certificate or subscription,
transferable share,
investment contract,
voting-trust certificate, (do you need a "birth certificate" to vote in elections of Congress people [congress=trustees of the general public trust]?)
certificate of deposit for a security,
any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege on any security, certificate of deposit, or group or index of securities (including any interest therein or based on the value thereof), or any put, call, straddle, option, or privilege entered into on a national securities exchange relating to foreign currency (is a FRN a foreign curancy?),
or in general, any instrument commonly known as a "security";
or any certificate of interest
or participation in,
temporary or interim certificate for, receipt for, or warrant
or right to subscribe to or purchase, any of the foregoing;
but shall not include currency or any note, draft, bill of exchange, or banker's acceptance which has a maturity at the time of issuance of not exceeding nine months, exclusive of days of grace, or any renewal thereof the maturity of which is likewise limited.
|
Do people think a greedy banker and an attorney in black robes could twist these definitions to make a birth certificate a "security instrument" and the people a part of the Gross National Product?
Is the product of human conception backing the Federal Reserve Notes, along with all the other product[s] that humans produce by working together.... like cars, tv's, etc??? People breed animals... this is product as well...
Did you, as a parent, after the product was extracted/expelled, get a Certificate for your product when you registered it?
IN this light, Human Resources takes on a whole new meaning...
Assessing the Value of the Product
So now that we have a "product", it's time to establish a base value... but how?
Between the ages of 18-65, the product will generate tax revenue (not just income tax, but tax in general).
The exact amount of revenue it will generate varies from product to product... some will generate very little, and other product is very productive.
So let's use a simple formula to create a low-ball estamate of the base value.
From the ages of 18-65 most people will work 40 hours per week, and be paid at least the federal minimum wage ($5.15/hr.). This will produce a certian amount of tax revenue. Thus we have now established the formula for calnculating the base vale of the product:
50 work weeks in a year (2 weeks of vacation)
40 hours of work in a 5 day work week
$5.15 per hour
$10,300 will be the total yearly income from the product. What will be the tax revenue generated?
Well, surly it will all be spent in a year, and if just a sales tax is levied, it will generate $515.00 in sales tax per year.
At 300 million people in the USA, each generating a minimum of $515.00 in sales taxes, you will have a yearly value of around $1,545,000,000.00 in sales taxes alone...
That's not really that much money... $515.00, now is it.
How can we increase the value of the product?
Lets change the base value to the average national wage index http://www.ssa.gov/OACT/COLA/AWI.html ... this was the National Average Wage Index for 2005: $36,952.94
Some prduct produced more, some less, but thats why we use an average...
What would the sales tax collected be on $37,000.00 @ 5% for the entire population?
$1,850.00 x 200,000,000 (population of the usa https://www.cia.gov/cia/publications.../print/us.html) = $370,000,000,000.000
Now that is a chunk of change!
I didn't even consider the income tax or any of the other taxes or fines and fees.
ENDNOTES:
* Note: just because a definition was not found dosn't mean there isn't one. If you can cite the location in the code for the definition of "birth" and/or "live birth" for the states that I didn't find one I will ammend this article.
** Not all the figures are going to be accurate, prehaps someone can applie this principle with more accurate formulas to give us a clearer value of the produce of human conception.
P.S.
Keep in mind that while the definition will eventualy be changed, this will not solve the problem.
This article is intending to get to the root of the 'cancer' that has grown in the 'body politic', yet we must also get the rest of the systems based on these foul principles.
The New Deal is not a good deal for the People.

There is no Title in the title.
Greetings to all at these Rhodes, and thanks to the inspiration of Theodore for Christopher to bring the Search here.
Mother is looking to be quite the mecha that I've always entertained him to be. To think that a ship mothers me within the walls, yet am I to pretend not to return the same distillery; but estoppel when I aquire those Due, that before my System of immunities could successfully audit the Mother to the tonne of the thighs, am I to be thoroughly rejected into the world before my contribution is made known?
I think it would be reciprocity, that I am kept separate a Record to hold for any contradictions in the immunities fathomed wherever I walk; that it is a sickness immediatly contracted at birth to sell one's parentage onto a note by Educations asserted by misplaced Trustees; secured to the first anklet found, as the necessary Tithing to allow passage through a gate without walls to direct into its Hooplah.
And so today, am I borne again to another birth of His, but with a cure of preponderance to the 9-months of the stowed vessel brewing a Saviour to their Economical disaster.
with love,
MUNDT#Gregory-Thomas(R)

wonderful
Thank you Christopher Theodore;
That is a great start to a fascinating topic. And thank you for your poetic post too, Gregory Thomas.
Most certainly if one can speculate upon $515 being spent in taxes, they will. And I have to admit, I had not thought about the birth certificate and its product that way before.
I am more prone to think in terms of credit. A person builds credit by borrowing and paying back. The foundation of the person, his or her identity is the legal or full name on the birth certificate.
When the person needs no credit, they actually generate it for others by say, depositing $1000 in a paycheck at the bank. Their endorsement means the bank can now loan out $1100 on that deposit. Where did the extra $100 come from? That was the private credit the man or woman got from the Federal Reserve.
I still think the American Bank Note Company in the corner of the birth certificate is there in contemplation of the securities that will be floated upon the child as he or she grows up and gets a credit rating or endorses paychecks.
Regards,
David Merrill.

Looking deeper into the legal fiction and group psychosis of the leguslators
So the next question on my mind to be answered is:
When was the first Birth Certificate Issued?
While I speculate it was in 1934-35, I would like some do***entation to support this. Even if it wasn't the first, it would be the first to be a "security" presuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
I would also like to find some Public Law regarding this topic, as all those cites are from Revised Statutes/color of law/private law. Anyone know off hand, or have the cites from their state's Statutes at Large?
Or prehaps someone could share how I could begin this type of research (in an article or seperate post prehaps? *hint* *hint*)... How does one trace Revised Statutes to the actual Statutes they were rendered from? Can it be done on line?
David Merrill ( or others),
From you point of view, how does the constructive trust, resulting from the workings of the New Deal, fit with this subject matter?
Upon application for a SS#, does the product become res(1) in the constructive trust, formed by the human who authorizes it's creation with their signature?
If a SS# is never applied for, does the product default to being res in the general public trust?
Is the security called Birth Certificate the property of the man or woman that the Birth Certificate is named after, or does it belong to the UNITED STATES(tm)? [I see the STATE OF ____ being franchizes of the UNITED STATES(tm)]
P.S. Prehaps someone who is better with math and more knowledgable with the income tax laws then I am, could generate a clearer figure of the initial value of the product. I simply have no clue what someone would pay in income tax if they make $37,000.00/year.
You could use the National Average Wage Index and the CIA World Fact Book to get the population and average wage, then cosider the income tax for that tax bracket, the average sales tax of the several states, the average property tax, etc... what ever the average is will more then likely be the base value of the security called Birth Certificate.
P.P.S. I know this is a little elementry, and probably isn't info that people don't know of, but that isn't the point. I wanted to prove it beyond 'theory'.

I think it began and still is instilled with credit only when the man or woman begins cashing paychecks.
Quote:
|
“Recognized Government bonds are as safe as Government currency. They have the same credit back of them. And, therefore, if we can persuade people all through the country, when their salary checks come in, to deposit them in new accounts, which will be held in trust and kept in one of the new forms I have mentioned, we shall have made progress.” The Public Papers and Addresses of Franklin D. Roosevelt; 1933 The Year of Crisis; Random House 1938; page 19. Excerpt from the Address before the Governors’ Conference at the White House. March 6, 1933.

That makes sense but I am still awaiting evidence of anybody speculating on a birth certificate, or even a SSN prior to paychecks being endorsed for private credit with the Federal Reserve. Once when the hospital demanded the father name a deadborn late-term aborted fetis, I was convinced that someone was already speculating on that birth certificate even though the birth and death certificate were simultaneous. And still, I can think of no other motivation for that action. But I still lack proof.

If a SS# is never applied for, does the product default to being res in the general public trust?

I have never considered the birth certificate and SSN working in conjunction. The only evidence I have is FDR's quote above and that depends on endorsing paychecks.

Is the security called Birth Certificate the property of the man or woman that the Birth Certificate is named after, or does it belong to the UNITED STATES(tm)? [I see the STATE OF ____ being franchizes of the UNITED STATES(tm)]

It is very likely a trust owned by the US. - Like Eric Madsen describes for the SSN Card itself; the physical card.

David Merrill,
When you brought the word credit to mind, I began wondering if there is more credit on accounts then their are total Notes of any species/kind in circulation representing this total credit.
I hear you about the desire for evidence. That is what inspired this thread/article.
David, from the quote, where are the " new forms I mentioned" described? Do you know off hand? What was the difference between pre-New Deal and post-New Deal bank accounts?
Also, like a 'stock certificate' or 'title', the human's "body" being the 'stock' or 'property', are stock certificates/titles trusts?
I always pictured them held in trust, but not trusts them selves... prehaps the default is the FAMILY trust
And I keep thinking about the word resident...
As to the birth/death certificate being simultaneous...
Does a fetus have a value? What of stem cells? Seems like a comodity that already has a very high value, and thus the need to form the product's Certificate so this asset can become registered and calnculated in the Gross National Product. (even a cadaver has a pretty high value - what does a med school spend on cadavers in a year?)
What would the admilrity term be for sezing wreck?
Salvage?
Was the fetus salvaged for research and other purposes?
What happens to an aborted fetus? Who has the claim on it? Are they throwen away? Sold to research labs? Are the sales do***ented? Who recived the credit to their accounts from the sale?

The main disadvantages of using cadavers are the cost of cadavers, which in Illinois is currently $1,450 each, and the cost and availability of laboratory space. Depending on the program's policies, these costs can be offset at least partly by assessing student lab fees.

P.S. I know this is a little morbid, yet we are discussing some pretty sick people.

Isn't the word "product" used to describe the result of multiplying.
Is not "multiplying" a term often used to describe the population increase of a species?
Is there any proof beyong MAD speculation that any of this means what you are implying?
