difference in an indemnity bond and bill of exchange??
Excuse my questions as they may seem elementary to some, but could someone please explain the difference between an indemnity bond and a bill of exchange. The extent of my knowledge is only that an indemnity bond cannot purchase, only discharge debt. I'm clueless as to the usefullness of the bill of exchange...
