Forgiven - speaking for myself.
What little I read about Codee's process, a transcript of a traffic hearing, he has some foundationally distorted notions about what works. The police officer said Codee identified himself with a State of (Arizona?) driver license and that was the case right there. However Codee thought something about the officer being out of uniform was the case...
As for Codee's brother, I doubt that Codee has any clue but it sounds to me like the DA will offer a sweet deal because of the terrible misconduct of the officers - if there actually was any. However there is something off about insulting officers while carrying drugs on you - if I got that part right. However it kind of explains itself. Probable cause might be that a stoned man was insulting so they decided to bust him for his drugs. So what if it was the next night? [A sensible policeman might surmise that he was being insulting only because there were no drugs in his pocket. The next night he was being shy - so he got frisked. I doubt any judge will say the policeman only had a few minutes to search him for his insulting behavior.]
My concern about Codee is that he will be back and he eases on in niceguy and then springs lewd, crude insults on whoever will get stirred up. I was saying he would be back toward Ownmaster too; Codee in that persona. That is his style and hopefully Extramural will keep up the keen watchdogging for this particular troll.
As I understand it, a moderator with privileges can look to see if the IP of a user is in a certain locale. So maybe we do not have to read garbage before Codee is banished next time?
