Only Place That I Can Go
O.k first of all i've posted questions on here before and you guys have given me good advice so i'm here again and i hope i can get more and by the way thanks and i appreciate the advice........Now here's the problem for the year 2005 i filed taxes in new york well i hired someone to do it for me i made $50,000 i went to jackson hewitt and they told me that i would only get back $3,000 i told a co-worker this and he told me of a tax preparer who got him back $7,000 so naturally i said give me his number. Well i called this guy set the up the appointment went to see him paid him $200 and he got me back $5,000 wow i'm happy with that number i'm thinking money well spent right,wrong. turns out the I.R.S mailed me a letter stating that they want all this money back proof of what i claim, and if i can't provide it they want the whole $5,000 back. Now i can't pro vide this information because i never gave any of these this to the tax preparer in the first place so i contacted them (I.R.S) and asked why we're they holding me liable for this money when i had no reason to believe that a fraud was being commited. you can clearly see that someone else prepared this for me because i had no idea what to do. They responded by saying you signed it so therefore you assumed all resposibilty of the out come. O.k now i'm pissed so i go back to this man the next year(because he can only be reached during tax season) and i threatened bodily harm and he told me he could fix the problem o.k so i believed like a jack**s and let him fix the problem right,wrong this dude got me back $8,000 for 2006 and the same problem happened another letter same as in 2005 i go back to this guy and found out that he got locked up dropped off the face of the earth and i'm right back where i started, f**ked. Now here where you guys and,or girls come in like i've said before i'm kind of new at the whole idea of getting my life on the right track so please forgive me for not knowing by now what you guy already know. I've just started getting my paper work in order claiming the strawman,file my papers in he county of kings (Brooklyn) my next step is to do my ucc. But my question is what do i do now in order to strenthen my case for these intruders. I need help i know that doing what i did was stupid now but i didn't then and just like many of you i was blinded by only system that i thought was right now that i know better please help a brother get out of the matrix. All comments welcome wheather good or bad thanks i advance

I'd like to help but WOW, how much more difficult a post is to read without much punctuation.
I saw the word "taxes" in there so I'll post this link;

To the OP
I would read your post if you used paragraphs and sentence breaks

Raging Bull appears to be engaging in the practice of interloping. I could be wrong, but in any case the homeys around here don't play that. I would suggest that RB speak in a coherent manner and not take us as fools.

Can they validate, and verify the so called debt?
If not (and they cannot) then there is no debt.
The IRS is a collections agency, treat them like one.
Read TITLE 15> CHAPTER 41> SUBCHAPTER V> SECTION 1692 very carefully, and as you read it should come clear that contrary to your claim that there has been no fraud committed there indeed has been. Not by you, but by the IRS.
Mind you now that since no one here offers legal "advice" my suggestion (take it, or leave it) would be that since you are an interested party that you obtain the services of a third party auditor to attempt to v/v the debt on your behalf. This way you will have documentation from an uninterested party to implement as part of your defense.
If you need more info on third party auditor send me a PM.

I don't recommend doig the UCC/strawman stuff
Just get everything out of your name - cars, houses, bank accounts, etc . . and then let everything blow over
That's the way to deal with the IRS, because you wil never be treated fairly in court or administratively
