Bank Charge off/ Lawyers want $$$/ PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello,

I appreciate the responses I have received in regards to my posts. This is another matter I need some help in. I decided to order a FREE Credit Report to see where I stood. To my surprise the account with which the LAWYERS Office is trying to collect on is CLOSED!

CITIMORTGAGE INC
EXPERIAN

EQUIFAX

TRANSUNION

Account Name: CITIMORTGAGE INC
Account Number: 63004XXXX
Acct Type: Real Estate Mortgage - With Or Without Other Collateral. Usually A Second Mortgage
Acct Status: Closed
Monthly Payment:
Date Open: 1/1/2006
Balance:
Terms: Unknown
High Balance:
Limit:
Past Due:
Payment Status: Charge-off
Comments:

(see attachment) I called the LAWYERS Office after I received this letter from them. I was told if I had a reasonable offer they could take it to the BANK and see if they (BANK) would accept it. They told me I was lucky the BANK hadn't decided to SUE me yet because the account was in delinquent status when it was actually CLOSED. They even told me I could make payments. What are my options at this point? Since the account was CHARGED OFF, do I just tell them to screw off? How could I tell them in a professional manner to bite me? How can I get out of this since obviously the BANK has forgiven the debt? Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter as the balance is a very large amount the LAWYERS are trying to make me pay. They also mentioned since the PRIMARY LENDER took the house the PRIMARY LENDER can also SUE me for any remaining balance. But this account is also CLOSED:

AMERICAS SERVICING CO
EXPERIAN

EQUIFAX

TRANSUNION

Account Name: AMERICAS SERVICING CO
Account Number: 106112711XXXX
Acct Type: Conventional Real Estate Loan, Including Purchase Money First
Acct Status: Closed
Monthly Payment:
Date Open: 1/1/2006
Balance:
Terms: 360 Months
High Balance:
Limit:
Past Due:
Payment Status: Credit Grantor reclaimed collateral to settle defaulted mortgage

Yes.

Also dispute the collection with Equifax and ask that they produce the debt instrument showing the original creditor and debtor. It will not be the attorney's office and they will have to remove it. This will work for a while until the debt is sold to someone else and then they take on the take of attaching to your credit report yet again to where you will have to do this again unless you go for...

REDEMPTION and I don't mean in the eyes of God either.

If you are sued, perform REFUSAL FOR CAUSE subject to maritime law and from now on sign EVERYTHING with 'All Rights Reserved' directly underneath subject to Uniform Commercial Code 1-207.

It will take you more than one day to absorb this I promise you. You, from your birth, are a bond on Wall St. by virtue of your birth certificate and you owe them NOTHING because it is already paid for.

Once I found this out, I was sick for 3 days and then had to drink most of a bottle of tequila before I could become the WOMAN that I needed to be to take back ME.

What does doing this give me? How will it affect signing of future Docs? Do I need to get a letter from the LENDER stating the loan is CHARGED OFF or CLOSED and send it to the LAWYERS to prove I owe them nothing? Thanks

Because if you do allow them to assign you to 'contract' with them, and this is a very large discussion and what you will have to study for just 2 weeks alone I assure you, then you have this as a remedy under appellate law. If you find yourself having to defend yourself in court, then this law falls under the Uniform Commercial Code for section 1-207 which makes you impervious to statutory jurisdiction. At that you will be 'on their soil' so you would have to argue this effectively to prevail.

I have just learned this, but I am going to help anyone and everyone that I can because all of this is so very EVIL because the people of the US are being subjected to suffering, at the hands of a few, and in the very same fashion as yourself.
