New Strategy Against Debt Collectors - UDAP

If anyone has anything to add on, please feel free. I'm not sure if this topic has been covered already, but UDAP (Unfair and Deceptive Acts and Practices) goes hand in hand with FDCPA violations.

The beauty of bringing UDAP charges against creditors/collectors is the fact that you can keep the fight in state court and keep things relatively simple. Please be advised that UDAP statutes vary from state to state. Make sure you check yours out before you jump out of the window.

On a different note, I have been trying to find the statutues and case law for New Jersey for the following:

1) Fraud
2) Negligent Fraud
3) Misrepresentation
4) Invasion of Privacy

Thank you all in advance. Let's get free!
