Question newbee!birth cerificate recovery?

1.how would one obtain one's birth certificate from the country of which he was born?2. is there anything that i should receive in addition to this certificate?

Country? Are you now in America? I would contact the hospital and ask.

As far as I know for, you shouldn't need and they won't have any other documetns to send.

i was speaking more on the hand of them turning over the original pape works to me! and what forms would i send in order for them to even think about y demand or request?

As I have stated, contact your state's department of vital statistics. If you were born in another state than the one you reside in, like myself, contact that state's department of vital statistics. Do not be agitated if all you can get is a certified copy of the original rather than the original. Another thing some states actually used both upper and lower case letters for the certificate of live birth.

I know this because I am looking at the certified copy of my certificate of live birth, from the State of TENNESSEE, at the moment.
