The Commandments are God. He created everything including satan. You have no choice, you are going to follow His Commandments or you will destroy yourself in a fit of greed and stupidity.

Yes, Jesus directs that the ONLY TWO CONDITIONS FOR EVERLASTING LIFE AND ETERNAL SALVATION ARE LOVE GOD AND LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.
Not...don't hate God
and
Not...don't hate your neighbor.
This is the basis for the foundation of Satan. Please note the polarity and find the trail leading to each. The trail to God is short....it is within you. The trail to Satan is long. First to the local law authorities, then to the Treasury department, then to the Federal Reserve (United Nations in there somewhere), then to the British Crown and then to the Vatican.
Why is this book:
http://www.svbc.org/sbi/revelation/pergamos.htm
purposefully kept out the of the bible yet is has been historically validated? Because it is the map/cartographic representation that leads the trail to Satan right up to the exact same point....The Vatican.
Would you think that Satan had an objective to want to manipulate the bible?

ROFL~! ROFL~!
Look, I know it flies directly in the face of all that you, we, I have been taught. It was a BIG revelation for me but I decided to let common sense rule my life. When I was younger I was extensively tested and found to have this ability to find patterns ... in anything. Here is the pattern that I have found regarding my search for my creator. I needed to 'go within'.
Really, 'he' is there, within you, us, me. It is a completely trusting relationship. Once all of the fluff is ferreted out, it is easy to spot who is what.
You know when you get that idea, voice, etc. that pops into your head just out of the blue giving you direction or warning you? That is God. This may come across in your own voice or your own feeling but the idea has formed and taken substance. God='gut feeling' if you will.

That is not necessarily true. Oft times, satan will feed the mind with information that is NOT of God. To the level of our limited understanding of the mysteries of God, we recognize God and satan as 'spiritual' entities. As such, it is imperative that we also adhere to the instructions given in 1 John 4: 1-3 Therein, we are instructed to try the spirits. Meaning, very simply, that
when this "..idea, voice, etc. that pops into your head just out of the blue.." it is in fact 'spirit' that is talking to us, and to maintain our safety, we need to test that spirit. To emphasize this point, I have noted in the past few years, people wearing these little wrist-bands which read "WWJD" (What Would Jesus Do). Those bands serve as a reminder to adhere to that passage in 1 John.
Another such example is found in some of the older cartoons on TV; showing two impish looking figures resting on the shoulder of a character, one (imaged as a devil in red) whispering that it is ok to do this or that, while the other (imaged as an angel with a halo) gives warning of the consequences of such action.
To blatantly stipulate that this voice, heard in the mind and coming out of nowhere, is emphatically God, would be a denial of the instructions found in 1 John and also in 1 Corinthians 12: 3 (which test of the spirit has been conducted and un-amazingly is a very accurate test of the spirit).

With all of these translations floating around, someone might think to consider first of all why there are so many variations of language, even within a given tongue there are often many if not hundreds of varying dialects of the same tongue.
The answer to the question of why is laid out in the story of the Tower of Babel. God saw that mans' imagination was growing by leaps and bounds and that due to this expansion of the imagination, man was also being taken into areas that were not intended for man to trespass. So the common tongue (language) at that time was altered so that there could be no further communication between man. Though the tongue was altered, there is no mention of any intent to alter mans ability to make beneficial use of mans' imagination. It is only when man ventures into forbidden areas of existence that God will intervene and say "NO" with an otherwise stern and convincing voice.
It stands to reason, that prior to this separation of the various tongues, that there was a common tongue or there would have been no need to establish something that already was in existence. So, one more time, I will address this question to the readers; "what was the language spoken prior to the Tower of Babel?

How do we know this to be true? Are there examples of such language, either in written form, or still people available that know the language and how to verbalize that language? Can you point us in the direction of where information on such language is available? Are you sure Proto Hebrew was the correct name of that language? "Proto" kinda reminds me of a "prototype" item -- something that is in the making and necessarily is a functional example. Though the definition of 'prototype' stipulates that it is an 'original' item, can this 'originality' of the "proto hebrew" language be proven to be the original language in use by mankind?

We know this by following the Word in the Scripture.
All mankind had one language (or at least the kind of men around Mesopotamia).
Coming from Noah.
Noah had 3 sons.
Shem inherited. Why? Because he was most faithful- closest to the way of Noah.
Since he honored his patrimony the most, he must have best kept all aspects of the culture, including the language.
From Shem, the inheriting line goes to Arphaxad, then Heber, down to Abraham, Issac and Jacob.
Those who inherit in the Bible, are always the closest to the pure line. Notice how Noah was "pure in his generations back to Adam", and Jesus was a "second Adam", also pure in his generations.
(has led to some sibling rivalry and cousin-strife)
Linguists are at work reconstructing language origins- this is a varied subject. I labeled it "proto hebrew" because it IS hebrew, but presumably an earlier form than later versions- no matter how 'pure' languages change over time.
Because of the different paths as outlined in prophecy, it's almost as though the ancient peoples split in terms of specialization.
In the case of Israel, the Law and the immediate identity ("the Sanctuary") stayed with the "House of Judah".
While the actual nationality and mainstream stayed with the "House of Joeseph"- so English is the national direct descendant of Hebrew, however changed by the different path the people took.
Whereas Jewish history preserves more of the formal connection but in some ways less of the 'racial' one.
It's all relative.

Not taking sides in what I've seen (in other places, other this forum) turn into some pretty fiery debates, but the Indo-European language group is very different from the Semitic languages of which Hebrew is a part.
