Need Help with Land Patent-Eviction

I have a land patent on my home. But, the bank hired a real estate agent to evict any resident living in the home so they can try to sell it. How can I stop this process. Please help...Thanks

Suggestion:

Contact the Bureau of Land Management; file a complaint relative to an issue of 'adverse possession'. Read their material on that subject matter and determine whether or not they would be of any benefit to you.

A land patent doesnt trump a house note. The house and everything else are considered appurtenances and not covered by the land patent. It does however cloud title and makes problems for them!

So, the bank can still sell the house and evict everyone on.

That is very true Livefire. The method they are using today is to sell the house under what is termed a "special warranty deed". Under this method of sale, the mortgage company will not guaranty anything relative to the 'title' of the property.

Wow...thanks I didn't know that. So, they will be able to sell the home without the nessesity of having the grant deed 'title'. So what is the reason for having to fight against the bank to save my home with a land grant?

Can't the bank get in trouble for selling a home that can never have a title on it? Will it ever be my home?

The courts are controlled by the banks. So why would you think that the banks would get in trouble. See attachment as an example of what I am speaking about. The courts are obligated to the banks. In the example, the Florida Bar is an administrative branch of the Court, and no member of the Florida Supreme court or any of the lesser courts can be judges without first being a member of the Florida Bar.

Other documents available through the SOS, Division of Corporations, places the value of this lien at 12 Mil Dollars.

In fact, here is another example, one that might be a little closer to home.
