greetings-- first post hear -trying to overcome my public fool system education/mind control lies http://forum.prisonplanet.com/index.php?topic=3047.0 was wondering what action was best for securing my bank accounts-- i never sign my checks(payroll) i always endorse ''for deposit only'' is this not best? i had seen others suggest - deposit only for unredeemable frn ? i could use some educating on the bank/irs/land patent/post office/ucc --what is most effective?

You have to go with "what is the right thing to do?"

rather than "does it work?"

the latter is called opportunism which is placing expediency above principle

UCC stuff is for people who want free houses and cars and don't want to really study law

I am of the opinion that there is no way of securing your bank accounts save opening the account in a foreign jurisdiction e.g. Sweden (as long as said jurisdiction has no information sharing treaties with the US).

Banks are considered instrumentalities of Congress, thus they are quasi-government institutions of the King (government). As such, you sign contracts with the King that allow said King to pretty much do as is his prerogative with those accounts. For you enjoying the "benefit" of an account, the King exercises his terms and conditions of the reciprocity contract in term.

Furthermore, the system is a debt system based on credit. You can't become free playing in a debt based system holding more debt based notes e.g. Federal Reserve Notes (particularly when they are rapidly depreciating on the currency markets and in purchasing power).

I strongly recommend the reading of George Mercier's Invisible Contracts. George Gordan is excellent to listen to as well (http://www.georgegordon.org/radio.html). The prior mentioned resources are free and on the web. When you are ready, purchase The Red Amendment by L.B. Bork. I strongly agree with Weis. Learn the Law. Correct your status. Waive your reciprocity contracts with the King and forfeit the Considerations (benefits).

Take it slow. Create a plan. There is MUCH (an understatement for sure) studying to do. I'm one of the n00bs here on this board also. Many of the more senior members of the forum have corrected their status and/or have had their 'trial by fire' with the King (i.e. government).

Read, discuss, read some more, study, formulate, plan, and study some more. When the pieces are in place, execute. (Sidenote: it is amazing how much time you have when you get rid of the TV and video games =D)

It will take some time to unravel the programming society has input into your mind. Also, getting your affairs in order will take additional time e.g. owning land free and clear (i.e. discharging mortgage and perfecting the land patent), self-sufficiency, food storage, seed storage, growing your own food, supplying your own power, etc.

A good first start can be waiving voter registration and forfeiting all benefits. You can begin to create your evidence repository to restore your (de jure) state nationality. There should be a thread of this in the Citizenship section.
