Angry Help! Out of Control Attorney in New York...

A Long Island Attorney is suing 2 ex-clients and one of there innocent Mothers for @ $ 200 Million for Defamation and Slander and some other ridiculous accusations. The Attorney is accually the one defaming and libeling the ex-clients and the families. She has lied obsessively and posted private information she obtained while being retained on the internet to annoy and harass us. We "Answered her insane "Complaint". She recently mailed it back to us marked with a line stating"REJECTED". She claims it was late, "UNTIMELY", but it is not, I checked with the clerk. The next day she mailed back my "DEMAND FOR BILL OF PARTICULARS", the crazy Lawyer is claiming I have no right. The crazy Lawyer mailed her ridiculous "Complaint" filled with lies, by regular mail and didn't serve it upon the Defendants.

This Lawyer is once again up to her tricks.
What do you all think of this?
Has this ever happened to you? If so, what did you do?

I'm not sure what my next move should be, I am Prose and I am fighting an Attorney who DOES suffer from Mental Illness, Yes I have proof and the Grievance Committee refuses to help...She is scary, me and my family have been harassed by this nut for the last 4 Years. She has been getting away with it because she is a Lawyer who is evil.

Any suggestions will be greatly appriciated.

File a restraining order; or a harassment lawsuit, or the "vexatious litigant" charge as a form of a counterclaim

you really should get all of the material at

That was great reading today about the vexatious litigant. I did a lot of research on it and it is definately describing this Attorney totally. It doesn't seem to be popular in New York.
I was wondering if you were familiar with any successful cases in New York where someone sued a "vexatious litigant"?
I should also tell you that I am not the only victim, the list is about 20 to the present day.

Thank you

I don;t know, I think it would be better for 20 people to all file separaate lawsuits "pro se" (FLOABT); and get the judge pissed off at the renegade atty for provoking such a mess

I love you guys.

Such great legal strategies. I'm very tempted to go to law school after undergrad. Compare what they teach vs. what is hidden and true.

That would be an adventure and I can cause trouble (for the professors) at the same time....lol.

No, what will really happen, if you attempt to use nutball theories on exams rather than the real law, is you will flunk out.

There is nothing "hidden" about the law. Cases, statutes, and all other sources of law are published in the public domain for all to see. There are plenty of public law libraries that any person can use.

I don't disagree that if you create conflict with the professor(s), the professor(s) will respond negatively to you regardless of if you are invalid or not.

To the contrary, there is much that is hidden or the public is not informed of concerning the law. I don't remember being taught in public school that you have a right to refuse police searches or that police have no general duty to "protect and serve" you. I also don't remember being taught that you are last on the totem pole of service in regards to accepting an attorner per Corpus Juris Secondum. I also don't remember being informed that signing a birth certificate or registering for Social Security is voluntary by any governmental entities or public schools.

Exactly what is a "nutball" theory? Weren't the early American citizens' belief in seceding from Britain a "nutball" theory at that time? Wasn't freeing the slaves considered a "nutball" theory during its time? Wasn't granting women the "right" to vote a "nutball" theory during its time? One man's "nutball" theory is another's cause.

Exactly what is "real" law? The only "real" law I can think of is Natural Law. Everything else are artificial constructs (contracts) created by men. The only "real" law I've been seeing stems from the barrel of a gun rather than the quill of a pen.

Interestingly enough, two of the three examples above I gave of "nutball" theories were resolved by "the trusty musket".

Regards,
