That is VERY true Joyce! Thank You very much for adding that!

Joyce:

Thank you. I will shoot you an email.

Lawdog, I haven't been a member of this board long enough to attack you or berate you. You confuse me with other members of this board.

Regardless, I was curious as to what you would have to say about this situation. Your assistance isn't necessary. From what I've seen of your postings on this board, you're not much of a help anyway. Just a fountain of personal esotericisms, rhetoric, and miscellaneous drivel.

Working attorneys don't have a lot of time to spend on this board, get my drift? Take care.

I work in the sort of practice where I don't have to bill hours, get my drift? I charge flat fees to represent people. I hate keeping track of billable hours. So does my boss. So we don't "roll that way."

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...when wannabes question my credentials, it just makes me chuckle. The only people whose opinion matters as to whether I am a lawyer are the justices of the Georgia Supreme Court and the personnel of their administrative arm known as the State Bar of Georgia. And they say I am one, so what some doofus on a message board thinks matters not one whit.

Having said that, you can forget me offering you any advice on how to handle your problem. Here's a hint for future reference, boy: asking for someone's help, and then insulting them while you're waiting on said help, isn't typically very productive.

If you're peddling the Richard Cornforth method of "voiding judgments", don't bother. He tried his theory in a case in Oklahoma and LOST. Badly. I can post the case if you want.
