Protection from garnishments, etc

Good day all. It's been quite some time since I've posted here. I basically gave up the battle with the entire UCC Redemption & Strawman process and have been ready to jump of a bridge. Yet, it's like the Matrix, once you pull out apparantly it's to hard to go back to a regular life.

It seems if you have the money to secure the costly cds, dvd's and seminars from all the experts in this process, that maybe you can fight your way through this but what happens when you're poor? Interesting how they stick it to us to get us in debt and enslaved for life. Then when we attempt to get free, we get it stuck to us again by those claiming to have all the answers but at a step price.

I'm going back into the work force soon and I'm trying to figure out how to protect my soon to be income from the vultures that are out to get me. I've had Delta Credit Union take $1300 out my bank account because of a "judgement/order" that they were awarded in court that I never knew about. Ford motor is still trying to steal my vehicle back and as soon as I start working again, I'm sure there's going to be some garnish attempts on my income.

I believe I've gone through this UCC process to the best of my ability in attempting to discharge my alleged debts but have had all documents refused, losses in court and my credit seemingly ruined for life.
I know this is not a "law" site but can anyone point me to some information that will help protect my income and get the collectors of alleged debts of my back.

impossible- record expires at some point. Deny everything on the record. Keep doing it until the score improves. Deny everything always.

Doing a BK7 is one way to stop garnishments,liens, etc. If you are poor with little in the way of assets it would seem you would qualify? You can file it yourself but study first! If you can afford it then hiring a competent BK attorney would be another answer. The reason is, they will notify all of the creeps and creditors that may be lurking and stop them from wedging you. And you won't have to deal with them since the attorney is representing you. Believe me the COMPETENT attorney route will let you get back your life without weasals harrassing you. That alone may be worth the cost. If any attorney firm you speak with offers some sort of 'one size fits all' sort of approach or tries to stuff you into a BK 13 plan, then move on to another law firm. There are tons of crappy BK attorneys(since it is mostly a paperwork filing sort of law practice) that allot of the incompetent attorneys end up doing it. So shop around, ask people who have gone thru the BK7 process, who they would recomend. And keep your money out of the bank(which it sounds like you have learned the hard way, me too) I wish you well in this endevour.

The best legal resources out there for you are not those being hawked by pay-triots (UCC,etc), but are those that are available for free (or low cost).

There's an insane amount of information on those sites, available for free, enough to keep you going for a long, long time. And unlike the "pay-triot" mythology, most of this stuff actually works and will keep you out of trouble.

You should have been given a Notice to Defend. If you were not properly served (sewer service) you may have an issue. However, you must let the courthouse know what happened, you often have a short time (10 days) to raise a valid objection to the judgment.

I assume they won a separate judgment?

Be careful with this stuff, some of the things that I have seen could result in fraud charges, like submitting Bill of Exchange, or Bonds, with nothing to support them. Thus, it could result in a whole new level of pain.
