Mr. Mike's Do-It-Yourself Vasectomy© suijuris Study Guide
Quote:
Mr. Mike’s Self-Inflicted Vasectomy suijuris Study Guide©
For information purposes only.
Do not attempt to actually use any of this stuff yourself.
Buy a BAR licensed professional organized criminal racketeering syndicate operator.
They are for sale.
Make sure der Scheißter knows the difference between vasectomy and castration.
Good luck with that.
Bring lots of $$$$$$ and you must pay first because your Scheißter will not know if he is a urologist or a proctologist until he and his other two Scheißter buddies decide what the nature of the surgery will be.
When you have no $$$$$$$$$$ for a Scheißter, and actually decide to, or must, for some whacko nutcase wingnut PAY-triot nut-job stunt, perform the Do-It-Yourself Vasectomy©, understand that the automatic venue for such operations are likely to be located in Bend Oregon, and that at least two licensed BAR proctologists will attempt to distract you.
And of course, remember, they have armed mercenary troops to make sure you do not take any of this too far.

FILA
Facts.
Issues.
Law.
Argument.
|
Quote:
FACTS
When you're seeking a remedy from the court, be sure to state the relevant Facts first.
State only the relevant facts, i.e., those that will determine the outcome, and leave everything else unsaid.
Anything extra only works against you.
Anything less is not enough.
|
Quote:
ISSUES
Having stated the relevant facts, we need to state the Issue or Issues that have brought us to the place of asking the Court for an order or judgment.
What is it that's in dispute?
There's always a dispute.
What's the argument about?
That's what you're fighting over.
Those are the issues.
They usually begin something like this:
"Whether the plaintiff violated state law when he refused to place fire extinguishers in the halls of his hotel."
State them clearly, simply, succinctly, and then stop!
|
Quote:
LAW
Next, state the Law that applies to the facts, the Law that should resolve the issues.
See how sensible this is?
Simply state the Law.
Don't interpret it.
Don't say what it should be.
Say what it is, and give clear citations to the Law so the judge can look it up and see what you're relying on:
A statute,
a case,
a court rule,
or some provision in your state or federal constitution.
It's the Law that controls the court.
Make certain the judge knows what the law is and where it can be found.
|
Quote:
ARGUMENT
Finally, make your Argument.
This is where you bring the Facts + Issues + Law together with the application of down-home, simple Reason.
Be reasonable.
Don't be flowery.
Don't be verbose.
Don't make everything sound complicated.
Keep it simple!
Use common sense,
Tell the judge to use common sense and plain reasoning ...
based on the Facts,
the Issues,
and the Law that controls the judge's decision.
|
Quote:
|
Then - if you make a solid record of your case in the clerk's file - you should win!
|
Remember the mnemonic:
Quote:
|
FILA
Facts.
Issues.
Law.
Argument.

The best link on the fraud of Law and all it's practices
All I can say is wow!!
WOE UNTO YOU, LAWYERS!
By FRED RODELL
Professor of Law, Yale University
Written in 1939
I read the entire article and didn't realize it was written66 years ago because it seemed so relevant to the present times.
http://www.avoiceforchildren.com/doc...ou_lawyers.htm
Hi everyone I stumbled across this article and ended up reading it in it's entirety today. It only took me 12 hours lol. pretty slow huh? anyway as a non-lawyer and really a novice to this site I thought I would share this piece as I found that I could not stop reading it. And believe me I'm not usually prone to reading for very long periods all at once.
If anyone has already read this piece I'd like to know your feelings on it.
Hope I'm not posting this in an area I'n not supposed to.
Thanks everyone for all your input This is a real eye opening experience I love this site!!!!

eyes wide open,
Thanks for the link, I am reading it.
Maybe it should be posted somewhere else also.
Judge Roy Bean thinks discussion of topics encourages too many people to try things that get them into trouble.
He calls that encouraging people to perform a Do-it Yourself Vasectomy, and people who do not want to have to use BAR licensed wizards and speak in their own right are performing self inflicted vasectomies, so that is what I decided to call the article I compiled.
Did you mean to post a comment to the article I posted?
Again thanks for the link, it is good.
