[Sharing Lights]

Individual flashes of light are nice but united ones produce brightness above and beyond.

I offer this idea, which I believe is truly useful.

Let’s form a forum’s subdivision, where all members can exchange the location and post dates of their Court appearances and/or polish their Motions

It is wiser to appear in Courts together: at least two people as Pro Se we are target for the abductors of law: judges and attorneys (or by most of them.)

Teamwork would make a tremendous difference.

Some of us may be able to spend some time in Court helping each other.

That is true brotherhood and sisterhood and not the dollar sign.

The more people share that forum, the better the chance some may find time.

I figured out that many times an attorney is not so much useful for his/her credentials as serving as a live witness next to you.
Judges would think twice before pulling something in front of a witness as opposed you being alone even well armed with knowledge of some laws.

What do you all think?

I truly feel, this is a very viable solution to some of the problems.

I offer my help in New York City area and can dedicate some Mondays and Wednesdays.

Team up Pro Se: give and you shall receive!
This is time for us to start winning and stop loosing individually.
We can take on the Court subsystem, I know that.

I study every day, now, at night, making it my second “job.” I am sure some others do the same.

I shall accomplish what plan and learn what must. So would others.

Once I am in the position to engage them, I would unleash all the power of the mind of the body pressed against the wall as that what these mutants did to me and many others.

They can’t win honestly vs. me even though I am a beginner Pro Se; so they stole my Motions/Defense from the File… I do not retreat, so would move forward some other Pro Se too as, when I can stand my ground, why not them?
Let’ see if these abductors of law can brake us with such tactics.

I would fight them tooth and nail as in Moses' times since this is not time; yet, in these Courts for Christ's forgiveness.
I have much kindness; just trust me on that one, but now, it’s us or them. They are too powerful and armed with knowledge of law to turn the other cheek to them, No way, not now, at least, or they would crush us. I would turn to them not kindness but my persistence, beliefs, courage, and ability to withstand pressure no matter what. They steal Motions, let them be exposed. Any kindness towards them, now, would, only, be perceived as a sign of weakness.

"The strong ones would attack the weak ones when virtues are not the guiding Force -" a Maxim by experience.

We should publish photos of the corrupt Judges we encounter for all to see. Roaches always run away from the light and only breed in darkness.

We didn’t ask to be in that position.

We are peaceful and law abiding people trying to realize and claim our God or Nature given Sovereign status.

These mutants force as to fight for our rights.

Those of us who have guts must rise to the occasion and answer the challenge or loose even more rights and become beggars for the handout called modern Court’s law.

Opposition only translates into power on the minimum of these conditions:

● a united front,

● learning self and opponent,

● learning from the best opponent can offer,

● following principles and not becoming like opponent, (“learning from” or “becoming as” – are not the same,)

● become knowledgeable of the provisons of law that we must utilize as wise choice must be made,

● Instead of disbursing energies concentrating on a particular field, plus the basics,

● teaming up with those who know their field well as opposed to waste much time, "climbing walls alone,"

● learning from the scratch what others possess in the team,

● forgetting trivial differences among each other,

● be opened to constructive criticism and welcome it as that can only polish you and make stronger. Yet, when you are right, stand for your rights,

● never engage in any form or bigotry or prejudice on the differences of people or their opinions,

● lowering egos and be united by the goal that must be accomplished as people need help and not many stand for them and thier rights,


● learning the art of diplomacy (we need that forum, we really do) as conformation is the last result. We must try politeness and kindness first utilizing rules of diplomacy as we are against the fortress of corruption: the Court system,

● the less opponents think of us - the better,

● never strike our legal moves before are ready as can only awaken the giant (as has been said) and make them prepare fro us. Surprise and all-out advance must be utilized timely,

● constantly sharing knowledge and ideas.

● Anything of sensitive nature, has to be addressed in closed forums in order to avoid public loss of crucial data. Let’s be realistic, sooner or later, our opponents would be lurking on this Website/Forum as we do on theirs,

● Never be negative as what can we do, we are only Humans….. We are Humans and those who are here because we are not only” but because we are the “ones” who are willing, able, and soon to be ready. A belief in success is 25% of the win. Proper strategy” learning and utilizing moves another 25%, being right and following principles and virtues –another 25%, developing intuition and Higher Senses, propelling to the edge, is the final 25%. The combination of the above is the key to success, as I believe so.


We must not care of what others think of us or ridicule as we would only, look in their eyes as crazy ones, "they think they can change the system, fools."

Remember, these folks are loosers, themselves, and only project their disbelief, lack of desire to learn and do something and are negative overall.

We learn, try, and do something and wish to do more as, otherwise, would have not been here or reading this post!
So who are fools: those who are weak and complaint only or those who rise and do something positive?

Always remember, that one day, our soul would depart this body and we would ask ourselves without any lies, as they disappear at that moment, “what have we done when had a chance to live and exercise our Free Will? Was that opportunity fruitful or in vain?

Our next transition depends on that, as there must be an effect for every cause in the world and what all of us has caused in our lives!
Are you ready to move closer to unity and begin cementing the Force or remaining broken and individual peaces?

My experience has shown when i am pro se, I end up ALONE in the court room with an inevitable appeal as many gross errors are made and I am roughshod ridden over. A witness or two would have been wonderful.
I am here in Alaska and will assist in bodily form whenever I can. Let me know fellow Alaskans. Good suggestion, SL.

You should be improving your chances with each Motion and Appearance.

Share your experience and examine replies.

You would learn quicker that way, as it is good to ask and receive help.

You can help others more that way too.

Recently I came across the term of "Pro Se"
from a different angle.

It was stressed that "Pro Se" means "representing yourself" when such phrase is logically not accurate.

It is logical, indeed, to question such term.

How can you represent yourself when it is you?

You can represent others but you can't, being you, represent you.
That implies you, being split, into two parts.

1) One is the entity that needs a representation.

2) The other one is another entity which represents.


That is not possible by logic as you are one and not two.

It is las if claiming that you, yourself, can pull yourself up by pulling your head adn body, via your, own hair on your head.

Sui Juris term was suggested.

It turns out that whoever chose the concept "Sui Juris" for this Website/Forum was absolutely correct, grasping the idea:

Sui Juris:

[Latin, Of his or her own right.]

Possessing full social and civil rights; not under any legal disability, or the power of another, or guardianship. Having the capacity to manage one's own affairs; not under legal disability to act for one's self.



sui iuris

Sui iuris is a Latin phrase that literally means “of one’s own right” but is usually understood as 'of a peculiar nature'.

It is usually spelled "sui juris" in civil law, which uses the phrase to indicate legal competence, the capacity to manage one’s own affairs (Black's Law Dictionary, Oxford English Dictionary).

The English word “autonomous” is derived from the Greek words that correspond to Latin "sui iuris".

it should more properly read:

I like that. I guess the "pro se" part just helped stroke the ego when I am going against folks who can put "esq" after their names or "State of" before their names!

So true, as these folks are trained in Latin heavily.

Their mind is, also, subjected to vigorous schooling in their Universities.

Upon reading a mere "Pro Se" their mind, translates that term into the symbolism i.e. what it implies.

It implies a fiction that we are not existent and we are so poor and incompetent that can not afford their (attorneys') service.

Judges' mind would translate a bit deeper.

"Oh, Lord, now I have to deal with wild, unorganized, illiterate in law creature. who would only waste my time.
She/she has no clue of the Court procedure and law, I have neither time nor desire to give him/her a legal advice as well as that is illegal!"

I guarantee you that the majority of "their honors" feel that way,

while when it comes to giving/writing instruction to the Juries when such are have to be used in Court, the same Judges can, suddenly, explain everything and write instruction in simple, English terms.

Symbolism attached to "Pro Se" is devastating.

It is very close as to appear before these "honors" with a big label - "FOOL."

That is how most of them look at us.

They are indoctrinated into the idea that appearing without an attorney is an act of stupidity on our part.

They may not give us a legal advice, OK, but how often, we have to hear their, "Sir/Madam you should hire services of a council."

Is that not a legal advice and shoved down our throat?
