Capitol Police Arrest Member of So-Called U.S. Constitutional Rangers
JEFFERSON CITY, March 15, 2006—Missouri Capitol Police Officers today arrested Denny R. Hardin, a self-proclaimed United States Constitutional Ranger for an outstanding warrant for fraud issued by the Kansas City Police Department. Capitol Police estimate 15-20 members of the group are in the Capitol today.

“While we do not think Denny Hardin or the United States Constitutional Rangers pose a physical threat to Missouri legislators, citizens, or the capitol grounds, the group has been linked to a kind of paper terrorism,” Chief Todd Hurt said.

In February, the group sent letters to select senators, Gov. Blunt and Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder demanding their presence in the so-called “court of record of the tribunal” of the U.S. Constitutional Rangers on this date, March 15. Hardin was apprehended when he demanded that Capitol Police call the sheriff to have Lt. Gov. Peter Kinder arrested for failure to comply with his subpoena. A subsequent warrant check found Hardin had an outstanding warrant issued by the Kansas City Police Department. Hardin was taken into custody, processed and released from the Cole County Jail.

Whenever a conflict arises between the enforcement of rules, regulations, ordinances, and public policies administered by government agencies verses the Constitutional Rights of We The People Our Constitutional Rights always take precedence.

The United States Constitution Rangers is looking to expand its presence and effectiveness in your area.

We seek honest men and women of good character with a strong desire to help restore Constitutional government and prevent the further deterioration of government by and for the People.

If you have at least two years military or law enforcement experience you may be eligible to fill key leadership positions.

The Mission: United States Constitution Rangers are sworn to protect and serve the Constitutional Republics of the Several States, the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America and the people thereof; under God, the Creator of all things.

Goals & Objectives:


• Remind all that the Constitution is the supreme Law of the land.
• Establish a working knowledge and a general understanding of the Constitution of the United States of America among all American Citizens.
• Promote the original meaning and intent of the first ten Amendments, the Bill of Rights.
• Establish the awareness that the Constitution limits the size of government and dictates it’s functions.
• Promote the understanding that the Constitution of the United States of America provides for only three branches of the government – legislative, executive and judicial. • Promote a proper understanding that gold and silver are the only lawful money.
• Educate the people that gold and silver are self-regulating mediums of exchange.
• Declare publicly the dangers of fiat, paper money and the Federal Reserve.
• Promote the abolition of monetary systems not completely redeemable in gold and silver.
• Reestablishing the sanctity of private property and eliminate the encroachments of zoning, illegal seizures and attachments. Without violating the rights of others, restore the rights of the people to acquire and utilize property as they see fit without hindrance.
• Promote the right of every individual to work, conduct his own business or to do any other thing on which his living depends without limitation by regulation, whether same is by license, bureaucratic and administrative, organizational membership or under whatsoever guise save and except those regulations and/or laws not repugnant to the Constitution.

There is not one phrase that is anti-social or anti-Constitutional there.

On the contrary - the mission is to uphold the
Constitutional Laws as too often they are
violated by those who, allegedly protect them.

Any time, the accountability before
We Are The People is lost, such violations
are doomed to happen.

So, when The People realize that their Rights
are being stolen without a just cause, they are
called racist, supremacist, and Nazis.

Yet, who acts in the spirit of those terms, in reality,
when infringes on the Constitutional Rights of the
People, using threats, intimidation, and
outright violence - even murder?

I probably already attached these here... Something about nothing in the Congressional Record.

I am taking another look at things in light of people making a claim to any authority. However the basis of that authority was an alleged vote in the Congress. And the Rangers I have interviewed also claimed that there was an entry in the Library of Congress; which is filled with millions of things I am sure. But they were saying that the FBI stole that particular document and that indicates a certain paranoid delirium considering that it being there is inconsequential anyway. Why would anybody who does not like the Constitutional Rangers break the law stealing it from the Library of Congress?

About the Articles of Confederation (1776)

After winning its independence from Great Britain in the Revolutionary War, the new country situated on the eastern seaboard of North America needed to fashion some form of governmental system.

The Articles of Confederation represent the first constitutional agreement made between the 13 American states.

There was a need for unity among the new states that were created as a result of the American Revolution.

The relative powers of the individual states and the Continental Congress also needed to be defined for the young country. These realities led Congress to entrust John ****inson with the drafting of a federal constitution.

This federal constitution was called the Articles of Confederation and was submitted to the Second Continental Congress on July 12, 1776.

This debate led to several revisions and the document was adopted by the Congress on November 15, 1777.

In its final form, the Articles of Confederation were comprised of a preamble and 13 articles.

The document maintained the aspect of voting done by states, but taxes were based upon the value of buildings and land and not by a state's population.

The Articles also specified that no state could be deprived of territory for the benefit of the country and that all 13 states had to agree to any amendment of the federal government's power.

The Articles of Confederation became the ruling document in the new nation after they were ratified by the last of the 13 American states, Maryland, in 1781.

The Articles created a nation that was “a league of friendship and perpetual union.”

The state governments retained most of the power under this framework, with a subordinate position given to the central government.


The central government commanded little respect and was not able to accomplish much because it had little jurisdiction over states or individuals.

The following are challenges in governing the new nation under the Articles of Confederation:

Congress (the central government) was made up of delegates chosen by the states and could conduct foreign affairs, make treaties, declare war, maintain an army and a navy, coin money, and establish post offices.

However, measures passed by Congress had to be approved by 9 of the 13 states.

Congress was severely limited in its powers.

It could not raise money by collecting taxes; it had no control over foreign commerce; it could pass laws but could not force the states to comply with them.

Thus, the government was dependent on the willingness of the various states to carry out its measures, and often the states refused to cooperate.

The articles were virtually impossible to amend, so problems could not be corrected.


In the words of George Washington, the government created by the Articles of the Confederation was “little more than the shadow without the substance.”

As the need for a stronger federal government began to be realized, leaders from throughout the states got together to decide how to create it.

The Federal Constitutional Convention of 1787 was responsible for drafting the Constitution of the United States, the document which took the place of the Articles of Confederation in 1789.
