Hopefully someone can do more than just banter about everything but the topic and then drop it in favor of another issue.... i do believe this is an mportant decision that is over looked by many people when it comes to battling the banksters of today.

The CRMD goes hand in hand with the double-enrichment decision that cleared over $13K of debt off a Chase credit card.

See the PAY TO THE ORDER OF signed by the bank on the back of the note? Notorial Dissent explained that is the bank selling or anticipating selling the note. He was arguing that I was wrong to say the bank was cashing the note. So he was saying selling the note was not cashing the note and he is on dog food.

This double-enrichment is going on through the person being the chattel backing the Government bonds upon which Federal Reserve Notes are issued.

I think history will prove you correct. Understanding this is about the most revolutionary process of modern time.

Thanks for the boost of confidence.... and the docs you attached are interesting to look at.... and wonder about and I would have liked to have been fly on the wall when your letter came across the first persons desk to have to deal with it in a high position....

To often we overlook or dismiss the smallest of victories as a fluke when in reality those are the ones that probably counted the most.

And to Shoonra, thanks for the clarification I know all about the Am Jur and using them to find some interesting color of law case citations, I just dont have access to much being as broke as i am all the time, and not residing anywhere near enough to a law library that has them for reference.... It is 100 miles to the University of Idaho from my position, not quite a dily venture for me.... about an hour and a half drive on dry pavement..... and the cost of searching online is outrageous for what a little fella like me can even hope to come up with for commerce, although that too may change in the near future, but for now i am nearly broke enough i cant even pay attention at times.

I checked the current edition of 1 Am.Jur. 2d, "Actions" for a section 550. No such section. The present edition of "Actions" in 1 Am.Jur.2d (2005) has only 129 sections, the previous edition (1994) had only 139 sections.

As for the citation to 17 Am.Jur. (not 2d), I am at a complete loss. Hardly any law libraries bothered to keep that set after it was completely replaced around the 1960s.
