Question On 100% Cotton "Embosser" On Governmental Documents & Bill Of Exchanges

Have anyone gotten anything from a governmental office in a while? If, you have one take it and place it into a bright ligth. I have one after I made a FOIA (Freedom Of Information Act Request) to the U.S. Arm forces on the Miller Act of 1935. They sent me a letter with an 'embosser' on it with "25% Cotton" on it.

I also have one from the governers office with the embosser as "100% Cotton" with the "federal" logo. The 'embosser' are always used on certifed birht certifcates, as well.

Anyway, anyone got something on this? I got a funny feeling we could exchange there offers "for value" and exchange that for there a political-agenda based "idea's" or political "pledge's" to a group of free enterprising "radicals" (just joking!)....

Whats the deal on the doc's received and what can we do with them?

Regards,
Phil

Well, have you ever had a office or officer from the wasington, dc office's that, reply to a request or respond to an offer by you or anyone you know? If not, then, you have to write a governement official or officer to recieve a government "document".

That way, they have to send you copy of what they filed in a private mec. file that, has the file number in the right hand corner or right under the reciever's address and name.

Congratulations, you have discovered, let’s here it, and the drum roll, WATERMARKS on paper. You have also discovered that your governor uses a more expensive grade of paper than the military archives office does, which is not particularly surprising.
